Innovation Fridays

| Events

Triteq’s new Head of Design, Tim Cooper, has introduced a new initiative for the team. Innovation Fridays are an opportunity for the team to share ideas & they have already become a fantastic vehicle for all kinds of creativity & collaboration.

Initiatives include cross-training or self-development within the team, embracing new technologies and practices. This builds the competencies across the team, examples include user-experience (UX) development practices, software system testing strategies and test-driven development (TDD). Sharing knowledge is also a great way to build relationships within the team, raising confidence, self-worth and awareness of the diverse skills Triteq and the team possess.

The team is genuinely excited about Innovation Fridays and the opportunities it offers, comments from the team include:

“It really encourages more discussion within the team. Team members are interested in what each other are doing and learning”
