| Events

Steve Lane, Triteq's Commercial Director, will be at The Diabetes UK Professional Conference in March 2013, the only event of its kind in the UK run exclusively for healthcare professionals and scientists working in the field of diabetes. It is one of the largest healthcare conferences in the UK and takes place from the 13th-15th March.

Meet the Triteq team at the Diabetes UK Professional Conference in Manchester from 13th -15th March who will be demonstrating our work in the product design and development for the diabetes market, including our work on the IST international framework 7 project AP@home and Eykona, an outstanding product which tackles the growing problem of hard-to-heal wounds by introducing 3D imaging to medical applications.

What topics are covered in the conference programme?

The 2013 conference programme is currently being developed around topical themes such as:

  • Diabetes and depression
  • Micro vascular complications
  • Stem cell and islet cell technology
  • Diabetes prevention using lifestyle interventions
  • Foetal re-programming
  • Patient-centred care for young people with diabetes
  • Examples of best practice
  • Interactive workshops

Following on from delegate feedback in recent years, the programme will continue to build upon its basic and clinical science content which we hope will encourage scientists both young and experienced to attend. There will also be focussed days for paediatrics, podiatry, pregnancy and psychology.
