As Triteq continues to grow the value of finding the right candidate is increasingly important. Triteq have always placed enormous value on their team and recognise the contribution this makes to the overall success of the company.

At a time of mass higher education and a slow labour market, it is becomming increasingly important to employers what class of degree is attained, in what subject and where it is from.

However even this can just be the route to the next stage and from then on several other factors come into play, including work experience and activities outside education.
