Anna Isabel Canhoto, a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Oxford Brookes University introduced the Brands & Impact of Social Media Workshop and gave a really interesting summary of how marketing priorities have changed in the last six years.

She described the benefits for Marketing Managers of “going digital” but highlighted the importance of understanding the time and people resources that are needed to manage marketing campaigns effectively.
