Getting this right affects everything else a company does. As an example on Tuesday this week we received an urgent request from a client who needed us to start work on something  for them immediately and  produce a complete solution by Friday.  The relevant teams met within a few moments of the clients call, worked out a plan, looked at the timeframe and established  who was  available for extra work immediately.

There are 50 people working together at Triteq, in evenly sized teams across the  key disciplines of research, design, electronic engineering, software design, production and manufacturing. We all work together under one roof and know each other well. It’s a good balance.
