Meet our intelligent, in-house team

The opportunity to work on diverse and innovative projects inspires and motivates our teams. It builds knowledge and inspires collaboration.

We work together. Our Head Office in Hungerford is home to every person who contributes to the design and development of a product. So if our Head of Regulatory & Quality needs a conversation with a Software Developer, it’s less than a 90-second walk. If an Industrial Designer needs to check out the build of a new prototype, then that’s probably more like 60 seconds away. And whilst none of this sounds very healthy for the 10,000 steps a day we should all be taking, outside the office our team more than makeup for it…

Senior Management Team

Managing Director | Angela Hobbs

I thrive on the positive effects of being a genuine work-style innovator. At Triteq I help talent emerge and support our teams as they work with incredible ideas,  solve problems and engage with entrepreneurs, investors and start-up’s. Simultaneously keeping the team ahead of the game on emerging technology and creating an environment where everyone benefits… employees, clients and end users of the products that we design, develop, build, test and produce.

In a previous life, Founder & Director of Plan Management, an award winning management consultancy.

Passionate about the power of technology to achieve social good and the value of cross-sector collaborations for making this happen,

I like exploring and so far horse-riding in Mongolia has to be top of the list. Equally happy in the company of friends in my favourite Oxford wine bar.

Sales Director | Ben Patyra

A BBQ enthusiast, wood carver, part time cat tamer, overly enthusiastic hiker and all round outdoor lover. My role as Saes Director is to lead the sales team in providing excellent levels of service to our wide range of fantastic clients. I dedicate my spare time with my partner exploring the full length and breadth of the Great British countryside and conquering anything with a steep gradient and close proximity to a local inn – most recently topping Scafell Pike and Helvellyn.

Head of Technology | Dheeraj Ramakrishnan

A passionate technologist with enthusiasm towards using technology in order to solve complex problems. I started my career as an electronics design engineer with experience in several research projects developing custom solutions for cancer research and automation. I developed into a software engineer producing solutions for fast paced industries such as automation, research instrumentation and product development and I am a strong believer and evangelist for the sentient use of science and technology for generating innovating ideas. Outside technology, I am a foodie who loves trying cuisines from all over the world and enjoy travelling.

Head of Software Engineering | Barry Gillon

I have over twenty years’ experience across all aspects of software engineering, gained in several different industries. Triteq is constantly creating new and innovative products and I enjoy the opportunities and challenges that this presents.  In my free time, when not kept busy by my three young daughters, I like to go for a run or play football.

Head of Production & Prototyping | Matthew Angell

The longest serving member of the team, I started back in the late nineties! My role as head of production & prototyping involves managing our client’s projects, design, build and testing medical device prototypes, and manging the production team in our vibrant prototyping studio. In my spare time, I am passionate about building and racing electric cars.
