Great people. Passionate about design. Powered by cake!

Building a product requires a balanced approach. It can be tempting to focus purely on the design process, but for success, it is essential to align this with the crucial elements that support your route to market and help you achieve the level of investment you need.

So alongside passionate designers, we have incredible regulatory specialists and investment challenges and approvals. So how do we balance design with the critical essential elements?

Our solution is to engage our teams and bring their accumulated knowledge and combination of skills to each project. We make sure that every project has a balanced team, who each bring their speciality subject to the project.

And the cake?

On a lighthearted note, a few years ago one of our wonderful Industrial Designers decided to compete in the London 2 Paris 24 cycle race for charity. We wanted to support him so we introduced a series of cake baking challenges as the Great British Bake Off was capturing the nation’s hearts. Our team baked and ate their way to raising over £3,000 and the race was successfully completed. Every birthday, holiday and anniversary is celebrated with cake and sometimes it’s just because it’s Wednesday!
